The Teamtailor integration Is Here

Do you have a Teamtailor account and do you want to get more out of it? And do you want to reach as many people as possible in the least amount of time? Do you want to spread your job ad above and beyond? Well, as always, we are here to help. And the Teamtailor integration is so simple to use, that you are going to regret that you haven’t done it before. 

Why should you use the Teamtailor integration?

Teamtailor is a fantastic tool, but even with the most incredible tools, you still need to get the candidates to apply. And not any candidate, but the right candidate. And here is where the Hub’s integration to Teamtailor can help. 

When you have decided which position you want to hire for and set up the job ad on your Teamtailor, it is very likely you will want as much attention as possible to your job ads. Teamtailor gives you access from the platform itself to traditional job boards and social ads, but not all of them are included in your subscription. 

When you connect to your Teamtailor on the Hub, you have the opportunity to show your job post not only on the Hub network, but also via all of the partners that the Hub has in the different countries. You see, because of the commitment we have at the Hub to help the startup community, we partner with most of the major job boards of the Nordic countries.

How does the integration work?

The integration in itself is pretty simple and we will explain exactly what to do below. Once you have connected, every day our system will automatically scan and add all your job posts to the Hub and, by extension, to all of our partner networks. This way you get more eyes on your job posts with no effort on your part.

Submitted applications will appear directly in your Teamtailor application tracking system. You will be able to manage them as normal. No need to use any other system. As you can see, just by setting up the connection, there is nothing more for you to do than review the applications as they come from all our networks!

How to set up the connection?

You can set up your connection in 5 simple steps:

  1. Go to your Teamtailor account settings and scroll down to “integrations”. 
  2. Click on “API keys” and ensure the API key has Public Read permission or create a new one that has it.
  3. Copy your API key.
  4. Go to your Hub account (if you don’t have it yet, set it up here).
  5. In the dashboard, select settings and under “Teamtailor connection” click “Connect TT”.
  6. Insert your API key and press save and connect.

The connection only works for jobs imported from Teamtailor after connecting. To avoid getting applicants in the Hub for your old job posts, you should pause all those that are active, when connecting to Teamtailor.
