Changes coming to The Hub

New pricing model on jobs from December 1st 2022

Starting December 1st 2022 we are introducing a fixed fee for jobs posted on the platform.

The price is put at a minimum and will be one of the most competitive for recruitment solutions in the Nordic market.

The Hub is still a not-for-profit initiative made possible by our partner Danske Bank Growth, but to keep pace with the growing costs associated with running the largest startup recruitment platform in the Nordics, changes are necessary.

This way we can continue to support your recruitment efforts and bring you more great features in the future.

The cost is only applicable to jobs created and managed on the Hub, so imported jobs from other systems like Teamtailor, Workable, Greenhouse or Lever will not be affected by this change.

What does this really mean

Having a profile on The Hub is completely free, so you can keep your current profile at no charge. The price only affects new jobs posted.

We introduced the original version of The Hub more than 6 years ago, an initiative for startups made possible by support from Danske Bank Growth.

Since then we have helped more than 7,000 Nordic startups connect with almost 1 million applicants filling 54,000 open positions. We have added more than a dozen new services, including our applicant management tool and embedded career page.

In recent years The Hub has experienced growing costs associated with running the largest startup recruitment platform in the Nordics. If we want to continue providing you with a great platform and keep improving our product and services to fit your needs, we need to cover part of the cost increases.

Therefore we are introducing the job post fee, so we can secure our service in the future. The price is put at a minimum, so we will still be one of the cheapest solutions in the Nordic market.

When you post new jobs or duplicate an existing one, you will pay to publish the job.

The cost is only applicable to jobs created and managed in the Hub, so jobs imported from and managed in Teamtailor, Workable, Greenhouse or Lever are not subject to the fee.

The process of posting a job is easy:

  1. Click to create a job and fill in the details. 
  2. Fill in your card information and pay 
  3. Your job is now created and awaiting approval 
  4. The job is now online ready for applicants

New jobs posted will be active for a period of 6 weeks from the approval date. If you pause a job during the paid 6 weeks, this will not extend the period.

We will not be charging for jobs that are already posted. All jobs posted prior to the change will automatically be closed on their expiry.

You will still have access to old job posts, but no longer be able to extend the expiry. 

Instead you can duplicate an old job, but you will have to pay for it to be published and shared in our network.

We have agreements with multiple international and local job boards and marketplaces, where we pay to have your jobs shared and promoted.
Partners include Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Google, Jobindex, Monster, Talent.com and Jooble.
